1、旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動電機要實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速，并能實現(xiàn)制動。

2、在旋轉(zhuǎn)速度范圍內(nèi)，承受負(fù)荷時轉(zhuǎn)速波動不超過百分之5。

1、變位機應(yīng)設(shè)置導(dǎo)電裝置，以避免焊接電流穿過軸承、齒輪等傳動部位。導(dǎo)電性設(shè)備的電阻不能超過1 mΩ，且其容量要滿足焊接額定電流的要求。

2、變位機的控制部分應(yīng)設(shè)置聯(lián)動接口，用于自動焊接。

4、負(fù)荷與偏心距和距的數(shù)據(jù)，應(yīng)在變頻機使用說明書中明確說明。
