電阻焊設備在生產中,低碳鋼、中碳鋼、高碳鋼、低合金鋼及其組合一類鋼焊接,其標準化的選用可以參照上訴低碳鋼的焊接規(guī)范,點焊機焊接強度高合金鋼時,要增大摩擦力壓力和頂部壓力,并適當延長摩擦時長。

點焊機焊接高溫強度區(qū)別比較大的異種鋼或某些不會產生脆性合金層的異種金屬時,除開在高溫下強度低的材料一方加一個模子以外,還要適當延長摩擦時長,提升摩擦壓力和頂鍛壓力。焊接擦汗女生脆性合金層的異種金屬時,需要采用模子封閉街頭金屬,降低焊接速度,增大摩擦力壓力和頂鍛壓力。
When welding dissimilar steels with significant differences in high-temperature strength or certain dissimilar metals that do not produce brittle alloy layers, in addition to adding a mold to the material with low strength at high temperatures, the friction time should also be appropriately extended to increase the friction pressure and forging pressure. When welding dissimilar metals in the brittle alloy layer of female sweaters, it is necessary to use molds to seal the street metal, reduce welding speed, increase friction pressure, and upset pressure.
焊接大直徑工件時在摩擦速度不變的前提下,應相應的降低轉速,。工件直徑擴大,摩擦壓力在摩擦表面上那個分布不均,摩擦變形阻力擴大,變形層的擴展要較長的時間。因而在確保摩擦變形量不變的前提下,要比較大的摩擦壓力或比較長的摩擦時長。點焊機焊接不一斷面的碳鋼和低合金鋼工件時,因為導熱標準不一樣,在接頭上溫度分布和變形層的厚度不一樣,為了確保焊接質量,應當選用強規(guī)范焊接。

The diameter of the workpiece increases, the distribution of friction pressure on the friction surface is uneven, the frictional deformation resistance increases, and the expansion of the deformation layer takes a longer time. When welding carbon steel and low alloy steel workpieces with different cross-sections using a spot welding machine, due to different thermal conductivity standards, the temperature distribution and thickness of the deformation layer on the joint are different. In order to ensure welding quality, strong standard welding should be selected.
焊接中碳鋼。高碳鋼和低合金鋼時,為避免焊縫中獲得卒火組織,降低焊后回火處理工序,應選擇較弱的焊接規(guī)范。點焊機焊接管道時,為減少內毛刺,在確保焊接質量的前提下,應想方設法減小摩擦變形量和頂鍛變形量。
Welding medium carbon steel. When using high carbon steel and low alloy steel, in order to avoid obtaining a quenching structure in the weld and reduce the post weld tempering process, weaker welding specifications should be selected. When welding pipelines with spot welding machines, in order to reduce internal burrs and ensure welding quality, efforts should be made to reduce friction deformation and top forging deformation.
